The Role
We need a compliance leader who has already done this at a stablecoin or crypto payments company. You will own our licensing strategy, regulatory relationships, and compliance infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a committee seat.
Requirements (must be an expert in one of these domains, and know someone who can assist with the rest):
Direct experience obtaining and maintaining Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs) in the US
Hands-on experience with Dubai VASP registration and ongoing compliance
PSP licensing experience (EU, UK, or other major jurisdictions)
Previous role at a stablecoin company, crypto exchange, or payments infrastructure provider (Bridge, Circle, Paxos, BVNK, Zero Hash, or similar)
Familiarity with MiCA CASP requirements and the transition from legacy VASP registrations
You Will
Own the licensing roadmap: new applications, renewals, and strategic expansion
Build and maintain relationships with regulators across key markets
Design compliance infrastructure: AML/KYC programs, transaction monitoring, SAR filing
Partner with legal counsel on regulatory strategy and enforcement response
Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on market entry decisions
Nice to Have
Experience with Singapore MAS, UK FCA, or other Tier 1 jurisdictions
Background in traditional payments (Visa, Mastercard, banking) before crypto
Built a compliance team from scratch at a scaling company

fin.com is a stablecoin payments infrastructure company building the rails for global money movement. We are deploying AI across our engineering organization, from integration agents that accelerate partner onboarding to universal adapter layers that connect disparate payment systems.
The Role
We need an engineering leader whose top priority is AI. You will drive AI adoption across a team of 11 engineers, teaching modern AI workflows, managing execution, and building AI-native infrastructure. This is not a research role. You will ship production systems while elevating the team's capabilities.
Requirements
Production experience in stablecoins, crypto infrastructure, or payments APIs
Deep hands-on experience with LLMs in production: Claude, GPT-4, or equivalent
Track record of teaching engineers and elevating team capabilities
Experience managing engineering teams (5+ direct reports)
Strong opinions on AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Temporal)
You Will
Lead AI initiatives: integration agents, universal adapters, automated QA, code generation
Teach and coach engineers on AI-first development practices
Own engineering execution: shipping reliable infrastructure on time
Build the AI engineering function: tooling, processes, culture
Work directly with CEO on technical strategy and roadmap
Nice to Have
Previous role at Bridge, Circle, Paxos, Stripe, Plaid, or similar infrastructure company
Experience building agentic systems or multi-step AI workflows
Background in distributed systems or high-reliability payments
